Our web site features a hatch report to keep
you informed of available babies. Updated pictures of our babies will be posted on
the web site on a regular basis so you can keep up with their progress. Once you
pick out your baby and decide on a name, we will call your baby by its chosen name.
You may visit your baby during the weaning process, so you can all get to
know one another.
Prior to taking your baby home, the baby will
be fully weaned and will have had its
wings clipped (first 5-7 feathers). At the time of sale, you will be
provided with our "Parent Manual" which includes an Ownership Transfer Certificate,
care tips, Eclectus
FAQ and general
information on Eclectus parrots.
If you have other birds or plan on
socializing your bird with others, we recommend that you have your baby
vaccinated with the Polyomavirus vaccine. It is a series of 2 shots that
must be given 14 days apart. You may get your baby vaccinated by your
avian vet or upon request, we will take your baby to get vaccinated for a fee of
$45* per vaccination by our certified avian vet, Dr. Sam Backos, Backos Bird
Clinic in Deerfield Beach, FL.
All of our babies are guaranteed
healthy for pickup. All problems must be reported within 48 hours of
pick-up and must be verified as a
pre-existing condition by a certified Avian vet.

Many of our customers fly or drive to pick up their baby. Airline regulations let you
personally carry on your baby provided he or she is contained in a carrier
approved by the airline on which you are traveling, although this policy is subject to change so please consult with your airline prior to making reservations.
